Ride Description: Ride the spruit from FPC to Alberts Farm and back. This has some of the best single track in JHB and is well used by all in this area. Stay for breakfast at the Mugg and Bean across the road. Suitable distances for all ride groups. Visitors welcome at R30 per rider  

Directions: Take the Rivonia offramp off the N1, go West on Witkoppen Road. Fritz Pienaar Cycles is just 500m up the road in Paulshof on the left hand side. Safe parking on the premises . If it is closed, we will be at the Mugg and Bean across the road.
