Starting From: Carlswald Shopping Centre 

Starting Time: 7h00 for 7h30

Ride Description: Riding from the centre of Midrand all the way to Irene and back. The route will take us along dirt roads, single track, jeep track and a very small bit of tar. Optional quick drinks break at the Smuts House turn-around spot then back home following a similar (but not the same) route. A relatively flat route - the only hills of note are to be found on the Irene loop. No beginner or green level riders. Bring money for breakfast afterwards.   

Directions: Coming from Johannesburg on the M1 motorway and heading for Pretoria, take the New Road offramp in Midrand and turn left onto New Road. Drive 600 meters and turn left at the robots into Harry Galaun/Lever Road. Turn first right into the the Carlswald Shopping Centre. Park against the fence next to New Road and near the Mugg and Bean.
